The appellant, Lorene Summers, an employee of Airways Bookmart, was convicted of distributing obscene matter and received a sentence of sixty days in the Shelby County Correctional Center. Tick Enterprises, Inc., the corporate owner of Airways Bookmart, was convicted of possession of obscene matter with intent to distribute and was fined $50,000.00. Much aggrieved by their convictions, they have presented eight issues for our consideration.
